Deed Restrictions
Odessa National is a deed restricted community. There are a set of overarching restrictions which apply to the each subdivision as well as subdivision-specific restrictions.

Any and all exterior improvements to your home are required to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee PRIOR to being done. Click here for more information.
